Jeramie currently serves as Fire Lieutenant with the Des Moines Fire Department. He holds a master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Waldorf University, as well as a bachelor's degree from Northwest Missouri State University.
During his graduate studies, one of Jeramie's topics of study was "finding your true north" - or a guiding principal in one's life. He believes serving the service members and first responders of Iowa is a "true north" and he takes great pride in working with the other board members, businesses, and volunteers in giving back to those who have sacrificed so much for him and his family.

Our Treasurer, Vinni, currently works with Edward Jones as a Financial Advisor in the Des Moines Metro. Previously, Vinni served over 9 years in law enforcement in the state of Iowa, primarily with the Urbandale Police Department.
Vinni loves to dedicate his time serving and giving back to military service members and first responders as he has seen firsthand how loss has affected their families. He is passionate about providing opportunities to better improve the lives of families who have sacrificed themselves for the betterment of our country, state, and local municipalities.

Ryan is the Commercial Director for Anheuser-Busch in central Iowa. He is a 25-year veteran of the company in various roles in wholesaler development, revenue, and sales. He holds an undergraduate degree from Marquette University and masters from St. Louis University.
As a son and brother of former law enforcement, Ryan was naturally drawn to Folds of Honor because of their commitment to helping the families of fallen military service members and first responders. In addition, Anheuser-Busch's ongoing 14-year partnership with Folds of Honor makes this a great fit to help serving these families in the state of Iowa.

Gus is a current co-owner of Doll Distributing, an Iowa-based beer wholesaler. He is also a graduate of the West Point Class of 2018 and serves in the United States Army as Captain in the 75th Ranger Regiment.
One of Gus's primary roles as a captain was to serve his fellow soldiers. He still sees this as one of the primary purpose in life and is fully dedicated to helping restore and improve the lives of the families of our service members and first responders in his home state of Iowa.

Shawna serves as secretary for Folds of Honor Iowa, bringing her organizational skills and dedication to the mission of supporting Iowa's military and first responder families. As a licensed Realtor, she excels at guiding clients through the home buying and selling process with care and expertise.
Shawna's involvement with Folds of Honor Iowa reflects her deep commitment to giving back, inspired by her husband's service as a firefighter. Through her work, she strives to make a positive impact both in her community and in the lives of those who serve abroad or at home.

J.P. is Umpire Supervisor for Central Iowa Sports and head Trainer for Iowa USSSA Sports Officials. he is also on a Varsity Football crew for IHSAA. One way CIS shows support to Folds of Honor in Iowa is by donating funds raised during their annual Stars and Strikes tournaments.
J.P. was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and is encouraged to be working with Folds of Honor Iowa to never let an injured or fallen service members or first responder's family be without a chance at further assistance in achieving a college or trade degree.

Mike is currently a Construction Project Manager for Suntex Marinas. Prior to serving as project manager, Mike served as the General Manager of Red Rock and Saylorville Lake Marinas.
Mike got involved with Folds of Honor through Suntex Marinas as the company has been a supporter of Folds of Honor on the national level for several years. On a more personal level, Mike wants to help improve the lives of the families of those that have sacrificed for our protection.
